Service Manager
Salary: £12.06 - £13.28 Per Hour
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
As a Service Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the staff team and the service.
This includes:
-Planning rotas
-Dealing with expense claims
-Management of staff
-Deputing in the Area Manager's absence
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their career and although previous management experience is highly desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Assistant Service Manager
Salary: £10.00-10.19 per hour
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Service Manager and have joint responsibility for managing the staff team and the service.
This includes:
-planning rotas
-dealing with expense claims
-management of staff
-deputising in the Manager’s absence
This is a good opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their career. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Support Worker
Salary: £9.08 Per Hour
Hours: Various/Full Time/ Part Time
As a support worker in the community, you will be supporting individuals to maintain & develop their independence as well as access the community around them.
Experience is not essential, however you must be determined & committed to make a difference to the lives of those we support.
The successful Candidate must hold a full clean driving license with business insurance, have access to their own car & be willing to use it within the role.
Contracted hours are negotiable.

Gareth started working for Cartrefi in 2013. He was a was service manager five years, before being appointed area manager for west Wales in 2018.

Daniel Williams – Service Manager – South East (Carmarthenshire)
Dan started working for Cartrefi in 2019 as an Assistant Manager and was then promoted to Service Manager in 2020.
