Community Care Workers

We have a permanent opportunities for Community Care Workers to join our teams in Bridgend, RCT, Cardiff and Barry/Vale of Glamorgan on a rate of £9.56 per hour.


We will provide you with all the training you need. and the hours are flexible to fit around other commitments you may have such as childcare or studying. We are particularly keen to hear from people who are available to cover evenings and some weekends.

What you’ll do

In this role you will be providing care to our customers in their own homes. undertaking tasks such as personal care, administering medication, meal preparation, supporting them to pay their bills, writing letters and helping with activities and days out.

You will be supporting our customers to ensure they achieve as much independence as possible whilst maintaining their dignity and respect.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible and have a passion for helping others. Prior experience in a caring role is not required. A full driver’s license and access to a car is desirable.

Support Workers

We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunities available for Support Workers in Bridgend and RCT. You will be providing housing related support to older people within their own homes and Extra Care centres.

These role pay £10.46 per hour

What you'll do

You will be working with an established team you will play a critical role in supporting tenants to develop or enhance existing practical skills and knowledge in tenancy management in their journey to independent living in their own home . You will be providing Housing Related support in line with the Supporting People grant specification and outcomes.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role you will have experience of supporting individuals with varying complex support needs. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships. Experience of working in working in a psychologically/ trauma informed way, with experience of supporting people affected by ACE's or supporting people with mental health issues would be advantageous within this role.

Care Assistants

We are looking for friendly and dedicated Care Assistants seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.

We have vacancies available in our Care Homes in Cardiff, Caerphilly, Bridgend and Porthcawl. Day and night shifts are available.

The payrate is £9.21 per hour.
