Staff Development and Professional Development

With around 1,000 staff, the College is vibrant and encourages staff to develop their skills and progress in their careers. The staff development team is proactive in developing courses that suit the needs of the industry. As well as online training courses including Welsh at Work, Diversity and Equality; Unconscious Bias; Cyber Security and lots more besides, the team are busy supporting scores of staff as they gain new skills and qualifications.
