Job Title: Nursing Assistant

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Flexible contracts available 22,33,44, potentially there will be early and twilight shifts aimed to meet the Resident needs.

Reporting to: Registered Nursing Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To provide the highest standard of relationship centred care, to residents with physical, clinical and Dementia needs.

Assisting and supporting the team in the delivery a quality of care, with accurate documentation

Assisting in the development, reviews and evaluation of Resident care plans

To maintain safety promoting adherence to the policies and procedures of the company.

The responsibilities of the Care team within Glanmarlais will be:

Ensuring residents receive person-centred, high-quality care in accordance with their care plan

Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed to a high standard

Working alongside other members of the care team and management in order to ensure quality of care is maintained at all times.
