School of Hard Knocks will be running 8 week courses January 2022 - January 2023

School of Hard Knocks will help you to set goals, define your values and map your pathway to success - whatever success looks like to you. We will use a mixture of physical activity, group sessions and one-to-one mentoring to do this.

Each day will start with some physical activity to get you energised and into the right state of mind. Afternoon group sessions will allow you to gain valuable insights from both your fellow participants and SOHK facilitators, whilst one to one mentoring with a specialist will allow you to explore personal goals and challenges more deeply.

The course is open to anyone wanting to get into employment, training or education or for individuals looking for support with their wellbeing and mindset.
