Graduate Development Officer
Gemma works on the Venture Graduate Scheme with Gerry and Leanna. Passionate about helping others and a keen problem solver, her role as a Graduate Development Officer seemed the perfect fit. She loves supporting graduates in finding their dream jobs and understands the importance of her role; especially being a new graduate herself! Opting not to take the ‘traditional’ route, she embarked on an Event Management degree in 2017 and graduated with 1st Class Honours, amidst the pandemic in July 2021. Throughout her career she has worked in many sectors including Hospitality, Banking, Retail, Education and more recently Events, so has gained a wealth of knowledge and transferable skills, which she is more than happy to share. She also qualified as a hairdresser when her daughters were younger, which came in handy during lockdown!
