Food and Beverage Assistant
The postholder must be able to work as part of a team and will be required to work in all front of house areas of the catering department carrying out a range of duties including setting-up areas, cleaning, serving behind the bars and waiting-on in the restaurant.
Salary: £12,055 - £12,541 per annum (pro rata of £17,842 - £18,065)
Hours and Basis: 25 hours per week, Permanent
Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage but training will be given.
Front of House Operational Team Leader

Working in Hospitality for CCBC you will be involved in a variety of hospitality services at Venue Cymru, Theatr Colwyn and some outside events. The events vary for corporate conferences and banquets, live music events, theatre performances and fine dining restaurants.
Salary - £15,351 - £15,658 per annum ( pro rata of £18,933 - £19,312)
Hours: 30 hours a week
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in the Hospitality industry and have a thorough knowledge of relevant food hygiene and Health & Safety legislation and licensing laws.
The hours of work will be an average of 30 hours per week on an annualised hours basis and will require evening, weekend and bank holiday working.
Casual Food and Beverage / Sales / or Events Crew / Assistant
Casual Food and Beverage Assistant: Working as part of a team across all front of house areas of the catering department carrying out a range of duties including setting-up areas, cleaning, serving behind the bars and waiting-on in the restaurant.
Casual Sales Assistant : Working between the main sales desk and telesales section, handling the computerised sale of tickets, sale of retail items, providing tourist and visitor information services and providing customers with a comprehensive service of the performances and services available.
Casual Events Crew: You will undertake a variety of duties throughout the complex including preparation of rooms for our conference and events clients as well as assisting with get-ins, running and get-outs for theatre productions.
Salary: £9.24 per hour
Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage however training will be given.
The hours of work are ad hoc / as and when, so could fit around other family / college / work commitments for some extra cash.
